Dr. Minal Vazirani is triple-board certified in internal medicine (ABIM), pediatrics (ABP), and integrative holistic medicine (ABOIM). She completed medical school at Rutgers-NJMS and Med-Peds Residency in Arizona. Dr. Vazirani is also a certified yoga therapist, a Reiki Master, and has further training in ayurvedic medicine, meditation, functional medicine and clinical homeopathy.
Dr. Vazirani is the Founder and Medical Director of Integrative Health & Wellness Associates, a boutique integrative medicine practice with offices in Far Hills and Livingston, NJ. Prior to founding her own practice, Dr. Vazirani served as the Medical Director of the Siegler Center for Integrative Medicine at the Barnabas Health Ambulatory Care Center in Livingston, NJ.
Dr. Vazirani is on faculty at Rutgers-NJMS, has been published in peer-review journals and is a sought-after speaker, both locally and nationally. D. Vazirani is on the Medical Advisory Board of Kula for Karma, and is a Director of the Charter Board for the SYTP. Thanks to a generous grant from the HFNJ, Kula for Karma is now able to offer yoga therapy at Barnabas Caregivers and patients with MS, cancer and cardiac issues, and victims of domestic violence. Dr. Vazirani is the recipient of numerous awards including the Humanism in Medicine Award and the I Love My Doctor Award. She is commmitted to being a part of the paradigm shift that involves changing the focus in medicine to a health-based as opposed to a disease-based system, and emphasizes patient education, empowerment, spirituality and self-care in her practice.
